Whether we like it or not,

each of us is a teacher.

The ways in which we act and speak portray to those around us,

     especially the impressionable,

what we believe in                                             what we value

we are teaching the world who we are

every day by and through the flow and direction

of our choices

and, quite frankly, we hope to golly, goodness that no one is really paying us too close of attention……..not that we want to be overlooked in the slightest………

just not that close up…

because we’re not nearly as sure of ourselves as we pretend to be a lot of the time…if you ask us gently with some follow-up questions out of curiosity…

and we definitely know that we’re not as attractive as we would have wanted to be, if we knew there was going to be this kind of close-up looking…

we seem to prefer to

remain fuzzy—rather blurry

to you         and to ourself

while we clamor for clarity everywhere else
