My gratitude knows no bounds.

(apparently that calls for this little statement):

I would like to thank you all for inviting me in and for offering me a seat at the table.

I would also like to thank you for being at the table with me too, now that I am next to you all equally.

I would also like to thank you for being both parts of this table with me, the wood part and the abstract aspect or part of us gathered together to put things out there in the space between us called the table (we put things proverbially out ‘on the table’ all the time, so don’t act so surprised).

First: to the actual hardness part of the table, well, if we all didn’t believe in the “woodness” of wood (color, shape, texture, firmness, etc.), this particular table woodn’t have been possible…other tables would have been possible, but this wood one is what we all could agree on and believe in, so, thanks for that… continuing in this stream of gratitude…as I do…

Second: I would also like to thank you for whatever this “seat” suit/thingy is…
I hope you are as comfortable, where you are sitting, as I am…and did you notice? We can all make plenty of room for one another’s elbows and other bits…this table is expandable—apparently—whatever ‘space’ is—(you’ll have to explain that to me again…oh…and time…explain time again too, will you?)

Which leads me to leave this open-ended non-ending…by thanking you all for explaining as much of this life stuff to me as you all have, in so many different ways…

…you’ve made it perfectly confusing…
