If we want our last breath

                              to be our best breath

it might be a good suggestion to ourselves

        perhaps  

                           to keep breathing deeply

. . . literally . . .

every time

         breathing deeply will relax us

every time

          reminding us

every time

             and helping us

every time

               to pay gentle attention

                        engage warmly

                               share freely

                                     and enjoy thoroughly as we do
