sitting in stillness

                                           opens us up

to the possibility

which, if we continue to practice, and trust

in something that we do not

                                               will not

                                                      and can not

                ever understand                                           then

something opens up anew

and an actuality emerges from the openness

as we now sit with stillness

not simply in it

                                  and what emerges from that

must be experienced to be seen

                                                               and believed
