The feeling of compassionate kindness…

an alternate, equally valid, although linguistically longer (read; harder to explain or understand –  flip sides same coin) longer than the single word most commonly used and misused (he!)

Love,

that feeling of compassionate kindness…

well, it’s a surprise to a lot of us that it applies to ourselves also and that, like an oxygen mask, we all must recognize that we must apply ours first before we run around frantically in the effort to help those running around frantically trying to help us first too.

We were all old – taught that this was selfish – and it is – if we sit there breathing and not risking to help anyone else with their mask. Yes, in their panic, they might knock our mask off.

Do you still want to just sit there?
